Enovate Design have been commissioned by Taylor Construction Plant Ltd to create a new intranet web application.
The web application will enable more efficient online management of customer enquiries from the initial enquiry right through to the sale.
The system will allow the national sales force to record their sales performance and relay this information to staff at the company's headquarters. The system will automatically log any enquires that originate from the company website and will also allow the staff to add enquiries. Enquiries will be filtered by location and product and forwarded to available sales staff.
The system will also be extensible with the possibility of the sales team being able to log a new enquiry through a mobile device whilst in the field.
