Fanatic Aquatic Design goes live

Fanatic Aquatic Design have over twenty years experience in the aquatic industry and specialise in the installation and maintenance of tropical and marine aquarium systems.

Enovate have developed a brand new, responsive website for our client Fanatic Aquatic Design, who have over twenty years experience in the aquatic industry and specialise in the installation and maintenance of tropical and marine aquarium systems.

Fanatic Aquatic came across our website and got in contact with requirements of what they wanted their website to look like, the functionality it should contain and how they wanted their new website to portray them as a brand. They also provided any business goals they are hoping to achieve by reaching out to us to create a modern, responsive website.

The process began with the production and completion of the project specification, to which we could then gain a solid understanding of the ideas of designs the client may have, including colour schemes and fonts used for the content throughout the site.

Discussions were iterated back and forth between ourselves and the client after receiving feedback and sending over the revised design. This process continued until a final approval was given, to which the next stage was for the developers to start writing the code to bring the designs to life.

Throughout the project, the client had access to the development site, allowing them to watch the project transform over time. This also allowed the opportunity for the client to provide feedback in the early stages of development. The client had the opportunity to test the site on any device, such as mobile phones, tablets, laptops and desktop PC’s.

After receiving all the content from the client, we began the process of putting that content into the CMS. As with all our responsive website design projects, our CMS of choice was Craft CMS.

Our clients received a training session, which brought them up-to-speed with the CMS, and allowed them to make their own content adjustments, straight to the live site.

Both Enovate and our client are happy with the responsive website and we hope it serves them well for many years to come, and helps generate a steady flow of business enquiries and new projects.

Why not take a look at it yourself, and if you’re considering a similar project we'd love to hear from you.
