Tyalor Construction Plant, or TCP, design, manufacture and market a wide range of lighting solutions and construction specific plant equipment.
To support these products they needed a web app that allowed owners to quickly and easily search for and order replacement parts so that, when a fault or damage occurs, the relevant replacement part can be located and ordered ensuring on-site work doesn't come to a complete standstill.
By commissioning us to develop a TCP Parts web app they wanted to provide an online system to their customers that was both responsive and available around the clock.
What we did
What we did
The completed TCP Parts web app that we designed, built and integrated into the existing TCP website contains a vast array of parts that users can access and research by following four simple steps.
Firstly they create an account, providing basic contact details and company information. Once their account has been verified and approved by TCP they are able to access the web app and begin searching for the part or parts that they need.
Once the parts they need have been found and added to their order they simply review the order and then submit the order to the team at TCP for processing and fulfilment.
The web app integrates seamlessly into their website using the same branding, typography and colour palette and is available in both English and French.
