We used Enovate to design our new website and logo from scratch. I had a few rough ideas which Enovate were able to bring to reality with spectacular results. I wanted to be involved and found the process to be very collaborative. The team were very flexible and implemented a lot of changes to the original design as the process got underway. At my request, they were even able to redesign the homepage just a few days prior to launch, which I was very grateful they were able to accommodate. Oakdin Clinic commissioned Enovate to develop its first website. After expanding our services as a clinic, we felt that our website needed an overhaul to accurately reflect ‘who we are’ as a healthcare provider. I am so pleased with the work done by the Enovate Design team in designing, creating and hosting my new website. First, the end product is just flat out excellent: well-designed, easy to navigate, functional. Second, the Craft CMS they use is by far the easiest end-user interface I've experienced while also being able to do everything I need. The site loads lightning fast and with Enovate Design hosting my site on Amazon servers, I don't have to worry about down time or server issues. We asked Enovate if they could help us re-design our website, which was out of date, tired in appearance and quite basic in content. Michael submitted a very comprehensive proposal to us, covering all aspects, including proposed sitemap, timescale, fee and methodology. He also met with us to answer any queries that we had. As a City of London Livery Company, it takes time for us to go through the necessary processes and committees to move things forward, but once approved Enovate quickly set up a Project Management Tool with milestones and assigned tasks. Enovate then proceeded to design and build the website, whist we produced the written and pictorial content. All the Enovate team were very professional and reacted quickly to our requests and queries, responding with constructive comments and suggestions. They were also very patient with us whist the completed website was appraised by our working group, our Clerk and various committees, all of which took quite a while. Enovate then incorporated all the amendments and 'tweaking' that were the result of this appraisal process, giving us several reviews and further editing opportunities until we were happy to go live. The finished website is very good indeed and is a giant leap forward for us, containing links to other sites, news articles and a Twitter feed. It also has a detailed member database which is part of a members only area. The feedback we have had is very positive and we will no doubt be working with the Enovate team again to keep the site updated and to add further facilities. We also considered that Enovate's fee for this project represented very good value for money and would recommend their services without hesitation.

When we invited companies to bid for the development of our new website, Enovate not only demonstrated technical capability but also provided a detailed plan of how they would tackle the project. In addition Enovate demonstrated an excellent understanding of our business by inviting us to define our objectives and the issues that we wished our website to resolve, and subsequently providing us with the confidence that their solution would meet both our business and website needs. This was proved during the development when there was tremendous cooperation between the technical team and ourselves, constant liaison over functional and design issues, and an enthusiasm to provide the best, optimal solution for our needs. This continued during implementation when improvements and last minute changes requested by ourselves were made right up to the launch date. Having recently sold a successful international wholesale telecoms company I decided that my new venture should have a completely different focus and by default a completely different type of website. I approached Enovate with a very sketchy brief to create a site with a welcoming feel and an emphasis on the local theme and I am extremely pleased with the result.
