Craft CMS has been our content management system of choice since 2014, and we’ve been an official Craft Partner since 2018. In that time we’ve delivered 84 Craft projects ranging from small brochure sites for local businesses through to multi-site, multilingual builds for national organisations. It’s our default recommendation for any content-managed website where editors need flexibility and developers need a platform that doesn’t get in the way.

Why Craft CMS

Craft is built around the editor experience. Rather than locking content into rigid templates, it gives editors a set of flexible content blocks they can combine to build each page, text, images, galleries, video, quotes, callouts, downloads, and custom blocks we design for each project. The result is a site that looks consistent and on-brand, but where every page can be tailored to the story it needs to tell.

For developers, Craft’s plugin architecture and mature ecosystem mean we can extend it to handle almost any requirement without fighting the platform. For organisations, it means a CMS that will still be a pleasure to use three years after launch, which is rarer than it should be.

For e-commerce we don’t use Craft Commerce. We recommend Shopify for standard online stores and bespoke Laravel builds for complex or integrated e-commerce. That lets Craft stay focused on what it does best: content.

Migrations to Craft

The majority of our new Craft projects involve migrating an existing website from another platform. We’re experienced with both manual and automated migration approaches, and can handle the redirect mapping, SEO preservation, and editorial retraining that goes with a platform change.
