Michael submitted a very comprehensive proposal to us, covering all aspects, including proposed sitemap, timescale, fee and methodology. He also met with us to answer any queries that we had. As a City of London Livery Company, it takes time for us to go through the necessary processes and committees to move things forward, but once approved Enovate quickly set up a Project Management Tool with milestones and assigned tasks. Enovate then proceeded to design and build the website, whist we produced the written and pictorial content. All the Enovate team were very professional and reacted quickly to our requests and queries, responding with constructive comments and suggestions. They were also very patient with us whist the completed website was appraised by our working group, our Clerk and various committees, all of which took quite a while. Enovate then incorporated all the amendments and 'tweaking' that were the result of this appraisal process, giving us several reviews and further editing opportunities until we were happy to go live.
