New W3C Markup Validator Unveiled

The W3C Markup Validator has been given an overhaul.

One of the web design industry's favourite tools, the W3C Markup Validator, has been given an overhaul and new user interface. The W3C boast that the new validator has improved accuracy and performance and an array of new features including an automatic clean-up option that utilises HTML Tidy and also the validation of HTML fragments.

Driven by W3C as an open-source software project, the W3C markup validator is made by web design professionals for web design professionals, and aims to be a major step in any web design quality process.
