The project began with the design of a new Escape Entertainment logo along with new corporate brand guidelines, defining things like the brand colour palette, brand typography and usage of brand assets etc. Once the logo and branding work was complete we could begin work on the new website’s design process, using the newly created logo and brand guidelines to steer the creative direction.

The site design process went smoothly and we were soon able to start building out the various page templates in Craft CMS and present them to the client within a development site for them to review and feedback on. During this period we also provided a Craft CMS training session to the client’s editors so that they could begin the process of populating the site with content with our support.

With the development site completed the final piece of the puzzle was to select a new booking system provider and so we provide a consultancy service to Escape Entertainment to first find five potential candidates and then hold meetings with those candidates and the client to find the best possible match, in terms of functionality and running costs. At the end of that process we made a recommendation to the client and our recommendation was eventually selected by the client and their booking system has been integrated into the newly launched website and is now successfully managing all of their online bookings.

Following the launch of the new website we’ve completed additional mini projects, delivering a new Offers page and creating a suite of social media marketing assets and the development of a Mailchimp email marketing template.

We’re incredibly proud of the work we’ve delivered for Escape Entertainment and are looking forward to tackling more mini projects with them and seeing how the website evolves in the years ahead.
