We began the project by getting underway with defining the logo design. This involved gathering key information from the client via a logo design questionnaire and then close collaboration with the client to create the initial concepts and subsequent iterations all the way through to a final version. During the logo design process we defined the brand colour palette and typography and this work fed in the next phase of the project, website design.

The project proposal contained a list of all the page templates the new website required and so we began the task of creating a design for each template, sharing and discussing them with the client and then implementing their feedback so that we could create approved designs for each template.

With the templates all designed it was over to the development team to begin building out the pages within Craft CMS, making sure they matched the designs and responded gracefully when viewed on any device. This point in the project is where we also start adding animations and transitions to bring the website to life and also considering the behind-the-scenes requirements in terms of page optimisation and performance to make sure the site not only looks great but performs well.

The client was delighted with the work we completed for them, delivered both on time and on budget, and we’re looking forward to working with them in the years ahead to develop and enhance the website in an incredibly competitive field.
